Lu's Creators - Elisa Batista
Creator of Lu design, brand and concept. Graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a major in Culinary Arts and also holds a Bookkeeping Certificate. Elisa is in charge of the financials of the business and coordinates all events for Lu Taqueria.
Andre Meza
Executive Chef/Owner of Lu and creator of all our delicious recipes. Graduated from The French Culinary Institute in New York City. Andre has an extensive culinary background. Chef Meza has worked in New York, Virginia and currently working in Washington DC. His Mexican roots helped put this whole project together for everyone to enjoy the simplicity but yet delicious Mexican cuisine.
